Connect Helena to Claude
Use Helena from Claude to plan, analyze, and execute marketing across your connected channels.
Before you connect
- An Enrich Labs account on a paid plan is required.
- Connect any ad, analytics, social, email, or publishing channels you want Helena to use inside Enrich Labs first.
- The connector uses OAuth 2.1. You never paste an API key into Claude.
Connect from Claude
- Open Claude and go to Settings, then Connectors.
- Find “Helena by Enrich Labs” and choose Connect.
- Sign in to Enrich Labs in the authorization window.
- Select the brand you want Claude to access.
- Review the requested access and approve the connection.

Example requests
- Summarize this brand’s marketing performance this month.
- Draft five Instagram captions for next week.
- Write an SEO brief for our highest-priority keyword.
- Review our paid-ad results and recommend budget changes.
Access and write actions
Helena can use your saved brand context and data from the marketing channels connected in Enrich Labs. When requested, it can also take real-world actions such as publishing content or changing ad campaigns. State the desired action and constraints clearly, and review drafts, budgets, dates, and destinations before approval.
Media generation
AI image, video, and audio generation is not available through the Claude directory connector. Use Enrich Labs directly for media-generation workflows. Claude can still help with text, analysis, planning, and the other connected marketing actions described above.
Troubleshooting and support
If authorization fails, confirm that your Enrich Labs plan is active and reconnect the brand from Claude’s connector settings. For help, email support@enrichlabs.ai.
